GUIDED BORING

BENTONITE & LUBRICATION PUMPS

2325B/D & 2325B/E

Pumps 1 & 2 - up to 16 gpm @ 2,500 psi

The 2325B/D & 2325B/E Bentonite and Lubrication Pumps offer operators independent flow control of pumping applications of water, and water with polymer with a Marshal Funnel viscosity of up to 50 seconds with 2,500 psi of pressure. The pumps features independent or a combination of 6, 10 or 16 gpm fluid pressure output for all pipe jacking and tunneling operations. The 2325B/D features a 3,000 rpm 30 HP diesel engine with an 18 gallon fuel tank. The 2325B/E features a 1,750 rpm 30 HP electric motor. Aggressive in-tank hydraulically-driven agitators keep mixtures blended in the two 325-gallon tanks. Mixtures are supplied from one or both tanks with bypass valves to allow for mixing and pumping, or pump supply from both tanks. The tanks are easily serviced at the open and close valve on the outlets. In-line suction strainers help prevent debris from entering the supply pumps.

1325B

6 gpm @ 2,500 psi

The 1325B Bentonite and Lubrication Pump is a hydraulically-driven, high pressure bentonite pump for effective pilot tube lubrication and flushing of cuttings, particularly on long bores and downward slope alignments. It is ideal for guided boring, guided auger boring and soft rock projects using the Rock Drill Adapter (RDA) and TriHawk® drill bit as well as pressure cleaning applications. The unit will displace a Marsh Funnel viscosity as high as 50 seconds to flush cuttings with impressive pump flow and features 2,500 psi of pressure at 6 gpm. The 1325B features a 3,000 rpm 14 HP gasoline engine with an 1.9 gallon fuel tank. The 325 gallon tank features in-tank agitation for aggressive and continuous mixing. The unit can independently agitate or agitate and pump to maintain mud viscosity. The 325 gal tank presents enough fluid capacity for the average 400-lf. bore. The unit is compact and portable on the project site and sized for quadcon container storage in colder climates with dimensions of 58-in.(h) x 88.25-in.(l) x 46.5-in.(w).

1325B/D

10 gpm @ 2,500 psi

The 1325B/D Bentonite and Lubrication Pump is a hydraulically-driven, high pressure bentonite pump for effective pilot tube lubrication and flushing of cuttings, particularly on long bores and downward slope alignments. It is ideal for guided boring, guided auger boring and soft rock projects using the Rock Drill Adapter (RDA) and TriHawk® drill bit as well as pressure cleaning applications. The unit will displace a Marsh Funnel viscosity as high as 50 seconds to flush cuttings with impressive pump flow and features 2,500 psi of pressure at 10 gpm. The 1325B/D features a 3,200 rpm 20.7 HP diesel engine with an 8 gallon fuel tank. The 325 gallon tank features in-tank agitation for aggressive and continuous mixing. The unit can independently agitate or agitate and pump to maintain mud viscosity. The 325 gal tank presents enough fluid capacity for the average 400-lf. bore. The unit is compact and portable on the project site and sized for quadcon container storage in colder climates with dimensions of 58-in.(h) x 89.5-in.(l) x 46.5-in.(w).
