As we look back on the past year at Akkerman Inc., I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the continued trust and partnership of our customers, colleagues, and industry friends. Thanks to your support and partnership, we’ve reached new milestones together this year.

Together, we’ve advanced the limits of underground construction. From record-breaking microtunneling projects to breakthroughs in challenging ground conditions, your ingenuity and commitment drive us to keep pushing forward. Your confidence in our team and equipment fuels our pursuit of excellence.

I also want to recognize the outstanding dedication of our employees. The people behind the scenes—our engineers, machinists, technicians, sales professionals, and support staff—are the foundation of Akkerman. Their talent and hard work power every success story, every innovation, and every milestone. We are proud and thankful for their commitment.

This year also brought deep loss. In July, we said goodbye to our beloved CEO, Maynard Akkerman. More than a leader, Maynard was a visionary, mentor, and friend. His passion for trenchless technology and unwavering belief in innovation continue to inspire us. We are committed to carrying his legacy forward with the values he championed—integrity, ingenuity, and progress.
